What is airport Meet & Greet?
A pre-booked service where a personal greeter meets you at the airport and guides you through the agreed parts of your journey: arrival, departure or connection.
Why do you ask for my flight number?
It lets us find your airline, terminal and times automatically, and lets your greeter follow delays on the day so you're never left waiting.
Is fast track included?
Not automatically. Fast-track lanes depend on the airport and the option booked. Anything included is stated in your written confirmation before payment.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Enter their flight and name, and make sure they know a greeter will be waiting for them.
What if my flight is delayed or changed?
Delays are tracked from your flight number. If the flight number or date changes, tell us as soon as possible and we'll update your booking.
When is my booking confirmed?
Once you receive our written confirmation stating the service, date, airport, meeting point and price.
